Clearwater Marine Aquarium – Home to “Winter” the dolphin that has the prosthetic tail. Crabby Bills – eat great seafood in a rustic, casual atmosphere where you can enjoy Florida stone crabs (in season), oysters, conch fritters and wonderful creamy clam chowder. Also has a few “chain” restaurants, one being a Sweet Tomatoes, which is a kid friendly salad bar that is very fresh and best of all, inexpensive! Located at the corner of Ulmerton Rd and Seminole Blvd in Largo, Florida. (Over the bridge heading east from the Gulf – about a 10-15 min drive)

CVS Pharmacy – Located on Gulf Blvd and has anything you would need for the beach, medications, wine/beer, etc. Open till 10pm each night. Perfect to get something you forgot or if you just don’t want to drive to the supermarket for chips, etc. And of course if you need some Tylenol for Jr’s. sudden fever or sore throat!
